DESIGN & PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Design Time: Please allow 3–5 business days to receive your initial proof. Production begins once your design has been approved.
Production Time: Once your proof is approved, your custom wax seal stamp will enter production. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for manufacturing.
SHIPPING INFO
After production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent.
